Who we are

What we collect and why

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you ring, email or fill in the enquiry form, we get the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. We use them to reply and to arrange any work you ask about. The legal basis is that you asked us to get back to you, as a step towards a contract.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

Our website host stores this site and the messages sent through its form.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits to this site and see which pages people read and whether they get in touch. It only runs if you say yes when the site asks about cookies. If you say no, nothing loads from Google.

Google Analytics sets cookies called _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which last up to two years. Google handles the data for us and may store it outside the UK. We keep it for 14 months. We don't use it to identify you and we don't share it with anyone else.
